Rutendo holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology & Biochemistry from the University of Pretoria, and is currently completing her Pharmacy studies at Charles Darwin University in Australia. In addition to her academic achievements, Rutendo has a strong interest in antimicrobial stewardship and is committed to using her knowledge and skills to help address the global issue of antimicrobial resistance. As an aspiring Pharmacist, Rutendo is determined to make a positive impact in the world of healthcare and is dedicated to improving the lives of others through her work.

She is an alumni of Blue Hills College, where she graduated in 2013, and went on to study Science at a top university. Her hard work and dedication have paid off, as she was recently named in the Top 200 Young South Africans list by the Mail and Guardian in the Health Category, an incredible achievement. In addition to her academic pursuits, Sipho is also actively involved in the community and is committed to making a positive impact in the world. She currently serves as the first Ambassador from South Africa with the Friendship Ambassadors Foundation at the United Nations, where she works to promote global understanding and cooperation.
